ORIGIN: New Latin

DEFINITION: a short-lived radioactive element of atomic number 105 that is produced artificially — symbol Db

SENTENCE: Dubnium’s name was chosen after much argument, to the point where some college students at the University of California, Berkeley refuse to call the element by its official name.
